Very happy with today’s numbers.  I felt really good exploding with my hips and actively jumping with the bar and getting under it.

my time - 16:06
*not too happy about my performance.  Was doing this WOD alone without any music at CrossFit Huntsville.  Just now I found out that a nearby elementary school has confirmed two cases of swine flu, perhaps that’s why I was the only one there.

INCREDIBLE weekend.  I’ll have much more to say later on in the week, but I leave for Alabama in 8 hours and need to unpack, re-pack and get some sleep!
My goal going into this weekend was to place in the top 50 of 112 males.
Overall Placement - 48th.
Very happy with my performance this weekend.  The hardest I’ve ever pushed myself.  Congrats to Jon M who qualified for the CrossFit Games in Aromas, CA.Complete results can be found here.
