Five rounds for time of: 95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps 21 Ring dips
my time - 16:06
*not too happy about my performance.  Was doing this WOD alone without any music at CrossFit Huntsville.  Just now I found out that a nearby elementary school has confirmed two cases of swine flu, perhaps that’s why I was the only one there.
