“Tabata Static Holds”
- Handstands - Plank- Overhead Wallball Squats  (14#)- L-sits (first two rounds pull-up bar, remaining 6 on paralettes)Hold for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds - Complete 8 rounds for each of the movements
*who would’ve thought that holding a position for 20 seconds could be that hard!
**pictured above is a overhead slosh pipe hold, per Mark Twight “given enough time the Slosh Pipe can break anyone”
