*morning’s like this make me realize how valubale the community part of crossfit is.  Those of us going to the qualifiers are doing different WOD’s than the rest of the gym.  Yesterday and today I’ve been the only one in the morning WOD’s thats going to the quals.  As a result, I’ve been working out by myself and I have to say, I just don’t feel like I’m going hard enough.  Whether I’m in a class where I’m the fastest and strongest, or in a class where I’m the weakest and slowest, training with others really does push you harder.  I know for a fact, I wouldnt have made the gains in the past, had I been working out on my own.

** lower back is NOT happy about the 35 deadlifts at 275lbs I did yesterday.
