*Overall, pretty happy with the results. The only way I could get more reps was pullups, I failed a couple times throughout the rounds. I really need to work on learning the kip when I have a 50# dumbbell between my thighs. There isn’t much room for improvement in the burpees/thrusters.
** I’m not getting enough sleep. 5 hours a night is not nearly enough and it’s starting to take it’s toll. It’s convenient to workout in the morning and have it done for the day, but I find it really hard to get to bed early. Contemplating taking Wed - Friday off next week so that I can get some good rest before the qualifiers. Readers (the few of you out there), please post to comments if you think its a good idea to take 3 days off or do you think that will make me soft going into the qualifiers??
