***i’ve never rowed a 2k, so that should be interesting. Hopefully the long legs give me an advantage, although I’m sure ill be gassed at 500m. I really like the second WOD, 275lb deadlifts are easy for me, and im ok at double unders. The third WOD will crush me. I can handle the OHS and box jumps, but man do I hate running. Hopefully sunday’s workout will have some heavy overhead work.
